Part Time Office Manager Duration: Ongoing temporary position, potential to go permanent Hours/days: 9-4pm, Tuesday-Wednesday-Thursday Start date: ASAP Hourly rate: £15-£17 an hourWe are seeking an energetic Office Manager to join our client's busy and dynamic team in Central London to enable the safe re-opening of the office to staff and to ensure the smooth day to day running of the office.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Assisting with any office moves or improvementsSupport with Covid restrictions/requirements to ensure a clean and safe working spaceOffice supply management - Maintaining supplies of stationery, tea and coffeeLiaise with vendorsTeam communicationsEnsure H&S and compliance regulations are being followed at all timesGeneral administrative and HR support to the teamSupport and promote all business values and initiativesBooking couriers and taking delivery of parcelsManagement of post, incoming and outgoingEnsuring adequate staff levels to cover for absencesRequirements:Strong office managerial experienceExcellent written and communication skillsWarm and welcoming but with the strength of character to manage all office users to keep to their high standardsWell-presented and articulateComputer literate and able to learn new web-based packages and apps with strong Microsoft office skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) Adecco acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
