Part Time Office Manager

My client are a growing Fin-Tech firm based in the Heart of the City , and are looking for an Office Manager to join their dynamic and growing team!

As Office Manager you will be at the heart of the organisation and crucial to the smooth running of the office . We are looking for a highly organised and efficient individual who is happiest when the office is running smoothly and enjoys being at the centre of a busy team. You will be the first point of contact for everyone within the organisation, have an overview of many different things, an impeccable working knowledge of the business and its aims, and pitch in wherever necessary to ensure the office operates smoothly.

This role requires a clear headed, flexible approach to responsibilities and obsessive organisational abilities. strong interpersonal and excellent communication skills with experience of office or facilities management & health safety to ensure a safe and well-run business environment .

The role falls into 4 key areas:

  • Facilities Management
  • HR Support
  • Administrative support to wider office and exec team
  • Front of House / Reception duties where required

We are looking for candidates with relevant transferable experience as outlined above. This role will not suit candidates on notice as this is an immediate start.
