Trial Balance Consulting are assisting this new professional services client of ours in their search for a new Office Manager. The role will be offered on a part-time (2½ or 3 days per week), permanent basis and is based in Cirencester.

A large proportion of the role will be to oversee the day to day accounting function for the business together with periodic management reports, monthly payroll and quarterly VAT returns and to that extent they have a strong preference for an AAT qual but if you consider yourself to be qualified by your experience to AAT level then you will be given equal consideration.

In addition to this you’ll also be responsible for ensuring personnel files are kept up to date and that the office is managed in such a way that your colleagues have everything they need in order to carry out their duties.
