They are looking for someone to work 25 hours ideally spread across 5 days.
Typical duties include:
* Helping to manage and maintain the smooth running of the office.
* Assisting with marketing and maintaining the company’s website.
* Facilitating meetings, arranging travel and producing travel itineraries.
* Any other ad-hoc duties as required.
The successful candidate:
* Previous Office Management experience is essential
* Proactive, motivated and able to work well in a time-pressured environment
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
