Part time Office Manager

Mid Devon company looking for part time Office Manager. Remote working with occasional travel to office.

Your new company
A Mid-Devon based service provider currently looking after a number of international projects.

Your new role
You will be working remotely from home over 5 days. The occasional travel to the office will be required, however this will be a maximum of once a week and only once it is safe to do so. You will be working closely with the CEO & Project Manager. As part of this role you will be looking after Social Media (Twitter & LinkedIn in particular), manning the telephone, take minutes at meetings, manage the diary and book travels again when safe to do so. Once established in the role, additional responsibilities will include Bookkeeping & Invoicing.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role you will ideally have strong Admin or PA skills in an SME environment. You possess strong relationship building skills, be flexible, enjoy a varied role and are able to work on your own initiative. Due to the occasional office based work you will be able to commute to the office based in Mid Devon.
