Part-Time Office Manager Required
Your new company
Based in Glasgow City Centre, our client is recruiting for a Part-time Office Manage to join their team on a permanent basis. The hours of work are 16-20 hours per week with flexibility in the start and finish times. The role will be office based. The organisation is accessible by public transport.
Your new role
Reporting to the Managing Director, you will take ownership of varied and fast paced workload. Your duties will include; audiotyping, diary management, administration support to office, cash counting, producing account statements, liaising with clients and general adhoc duties.
What you'll need to succeed
You must have proven success in an office manager role with strong audio typing experience. You will be using Microsoft Office regularly therefore working knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint is essential. You should have professional communication skills (both verbal and written) as you will liaise with clients and suppliers on a daily basis via telephone and email. You will work as part of a small team and as such a positive, team player attitude is required.
