Part-time Office Manager - Financial PR Agency

Our client is a financial PR agency with global presence and an eclectic client list of well known & prestigious brands. This is a brand new role to ensure the smooth running of their gorgeous office based in Farringdon. Your role will be split between maintaining internal relationships with the Partners, assisting with the HR administration and general operational support. You will look after the tech, telephones, finance admin and generally be the go-to for any office related issues! This role is admin heavy so you will need to be super organised and pro-active and be able to get stuck into any projects that are thrown at you. You will be an experienced Office Manager with an ability to provide admin support to the core functions of the business and think outside the box. You'll be hard working, pro-active and keen to provide exceptional support to whoever needs it within the office. This role is on a part-time basis, 25 hours a week across 4 days.
