We are recruiting for an experienced Office Manager/ PA to join an award winning business on an ongoing temporary basis for a minimum of 9 months to cover maternity. This could lead to a permanent position for the right person. The working hours are 4 days a week 9am - 5pm, 28 hours per week.
You will be the main point of contact for all office enquiries and undertake a PA role supporting the Managing Director.
Duties will include:
- Diary management
- Arrange/attend meetings and take draft minutes
- Travel co-ordination for the UK and overseas
- Manage schedule and appointments
- Co-ordinate project-based work including sales reports and presentations
- Conduct research and prepare reports and documents
- Monitor incoming calls and communications
- Ensuring general smooth running and management of the office
This role is fast paced and with a variety of tasks to be completed on a daily basis. It requires very confident communication skills, a strong work ethic, good attention to detail and a proactive and flexible approach to work.
This role will suit someone with a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar PA/ EA/ Office Management position, who is educated to A level standard as a minimum, preferably degree level (or equivalent).
