They have created and maintain a number of very clever online platforms designed to reward customers, employees and partners.\n\nYou will be joining a hardworking and motivated team who enjoy going on many company outings provided, so this role would suit a social individual.\n\nDescription\n\nThe responsibilities for this job vary due to the different roles.\n\nThese are some of the duties for each role you will be undertaking: \n\nPersonal Assistant (PA)\n\nAssisting the Managing Director.\nManaging the MD's personal calender.\nResponsible for monitoring emails into the MD and responding accordingly.\nBooking and arranging travel, private and personal. \nHR\n\nHeath and safety checks.\nOverall compliance.\nInsuring all passports are up to date. \nFinance\n\nBook keeping.\nHelp allocate resources to support goals. \nOffice Manager\n\nEnsuring a smooth running of the office.\nImplementing and maintaining procedures.\nEnsuring health and safety policies are up to date.\nManaging office budgets. \nProfile\n\nThe ideal PA\/Office Manager would:\n\nHave strong diary management experience. \nPrevious experience as an Executive PA.\nExcellent organisational skills.\nConfident and effective communication.\nHave a bubbly and outgoing personality.\nBe looking to work 3 full days a week. \nJob Offer\n\nThis is a part time role.\n\nThere is a competitive salary and benefits package.\n
