Part Time Payroller/Bookkeeper - Wimborne up to 29500 pro rata

\nAn experienced Part Time Payroller\/Bookkeeper is being recruited by Bond Williams Accounting and Finance for an established accountancy practice based in the Wimborne area. The working pattern would be Monday, Wednesday and Thursday, full time hours and office based. This would be a job share so these days are not flexible. \n\nIt is a busy office, and this role would suit someone who enjoys working in a collaborative environment whilst maintaining a high level of customer service to your clients.\n\nYou will work in the Practice's Outsourcing Department where they undertake Payrolls and Bookkeeping on behalf of a variety of different clients. \n\nKey duties\n\nBookkeeping up to Trial Balance with data input for Sales invoices, Purchase invoices etc as needed. \nBalance sheet account reconciliations to include bank reconciliations\nVAT returns\nRecords Management\nAdministration\nProcessing of Payroll (weekly and monthly,) CIS, Auto Enrolment \nYou will work between both payroll and bookkeeping duties on a daily basis. \n\nQualifications and experience\n\nAAT or Bookkeeping qualification desirable but qualified by experience will be considered\nAble to work on own initiative\nXero, Sage and QuickBooks experience \nGood working environment, discretionary bonus, paid overtime and a parking permit is provided.\n\nBond Williams Professional Recruitment are an equal opportunity employer and operate as an Employment Business and Recruitment Agency\n
