Our client is currently looking to add professional support to its Real Estate team. This is a part-time role and would suit candidates who have at least 5 years’ pqe. Some of your responsibilities will include: Project managing and leading the full implementation of legal document automation (no previous experience required) across the practice area. Collating, co-ordinating and supporting the drafting and implementation of new real estate styles, including automated styles. Monitoring, reviewing and updating existing styles/standard real estate documents (including those automated) and incorporating new negotiation points. Updating and managing the real estate knowledge bank for styles, standard real estate documents, practice notes and training materials. Providing support to lawyers on the use of styles/standard real estate documents. Monitoring legislative change, market developments and case law in respect of material issues associated with real estate matters and how those might impact on our style/standard real estate documents, practice and knowhow materials. Assisting with the provision of ad hoc briefings to real estate and, where required, wider practice areas, in an appropriate format on matters of interest relating to real estate. Assisting with the development and delivery of real estate training for lawyers at every level of qualification. Assisting with technical queries from the real estate team, collating, distilling and publishing knowhow gathered by the PDL team and developing knowhow toolkits for uploading to the real estate knowledge bank. Identifying opportunities to improve process and ways of working to deliver increased efficiencies and improved client service delivery.
To be considered for this role you should have relevant real estate experience.
