An organisation near to Kidlington are looking for an experienced Property Accounts Assistant to join their small finance team on a part-time, permanent basis. This role will be office based, 16 hours per week. You must have experience working in a finance role related to property to be considered for this role.
Your new role
As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for overseeing the accounting tasks relating to the charging and maintenance of commercial properties within the organisation. Your duties will include updating and maintaining the property management and accounting systems, rent and service charge demands, recharges for tenants, resolving queries for clients, tenants and suppliers, collecting rent and service charges, income and expenditure reporting, budget and variance reporting, year-end service charge accounts.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will need to hold experience working within a finance team relating to property, this can be through a property organisation or an organisation that has a property department/portfolio. You will be confident with the listed duties and be prepared to hit the ground running, with a can-do attitude. The team is friendly and welcoming, with a pleasant office atmosphere, you should be a team-player with good communication skills.
What you'll get in return
This role offers a salary of £25,000-£30,000 full time equivalent, please bare in mind this role is 16 hours per week so salary will be adjusted accordingly.
