Inbox Recruitment is a Milton Keynes based Recruitment agency specialising in the Marketing, Digital and Creative sectors and due to expansion are seeking a Part Time Recruitment Consultant / Resourcer to support the director on existing accounts and to help grow the client base.

We're looking for an experienced resourcer / recruiter to work remotely, 20-25 hours per week on a permanent basis. We are a very flexible around the hours and to fit around childcare etc.

Overview of Duties:

  • Understanding client job requirements within the marketing, digital and creative sectors
  • Maintaining excellent relationships with both client companies and candidates
  • Sourcing & headhunting candidates via a CRM, LinkedIn and other CV databases
  • Organising and conducting telephone and video interviews
  • Entering data onto the internal CRM system
  • Organising external interviews and being the a point contact between candidate and clients
  • Helping to negotiate job offers
  • Conducting business development activities, approaching businesses via LinkedIn, Email and by phone in order to convert new client business

Ideally, we are looking for someone who has worked in a commercial recruitment environment with a successful track record, the role may suit someone returning to the job market following a career break or someone looking for an interesting and rewarding role offering excellent career progression within a small but ambitious and growing recruitment company.
