Part-Time Sales Lead, £30,000 - £35,000 (£50,000+ OTE), Legal Tech, Sunderland, Immediate Start!

Our client, a fast-growing LegalTech firm who pride themselves on being an incredibly flexible employer, are looking to recruit an experienced Sales/Business Development candidate to join their growing business. 12/16 FTE at our client work on a flexible part-time basis, and they are ideally looking for the right candidate to dictate their own part-time hours. Although not limited to this demographic, this is an ideal opportunity for a working parent!
Our client offer a fantastic outsourced technology solution for the legal sector, and have grown 60/70% YOY in each of the last 2 years. They have grown without a specialised sales expert, and are now looking to capitalise on their fantastic product by bringing in a proactive team member to sell their product. In a nutshell, your responsibilities will include:
- Making outbound contact to UK-based legal firms (both warm CRM leads and own networking)
- Generating new business through prospecting
- Setting up online/physical meets (when safe to do so), to educate on the company's product
- Assisting clients through the onboarding process
In order to be considered for this position, it is ESSENTIAL that you have the following:
- Experience in selling a Tech-based product to B2B clients
- Credible, articulate communication style
- Engaging personality
- Desire to work on a part-time basis
Our client do not envisage enough work to justify a full-time position, and sales volumes will naturally drop off when out of term-time, therefore they are open to the right candidate dictating the hours they would like to work (as an example - 3 days a week and then 100% off work over Easter/Christmas/summer holidays, etc) - they are undoubtedly the most flexible client I have worked alongside and it's important that these hours suit the right candidate.
Although you will be working remotely, it is advantageous that you are based in the North-East as the company's desired client base (and majority of your colleagues) are located there.
