We are seeking an experienced Finance Recruiter to contribute to the strategic direction of the business through identifying and creating new business opportunities for major business wins whilst also successfully managing our existing Client’s recruitment needs.

We are looking for a proactive, positive and credible Recruiter who ideally has an established network of Senior Finance Talent.   You should above all be a Customer Centric experienced Recruiter who wants to add value to our Client proposition offering through the delivery of a superior service to both Client and Candidate.

Signet offers a unique service mix of Recruitment and Training to both its clients and candidates winning business through our reputation, referrals and networking as opposed to old fashioned cold calling.    We are strong advocates of flexible working and will be actively encouraging a healthy mix of home / office working moving forward although currently you would be mainly working remotely.

Most of our team already work reduced hours so we will happily consider a 4-day week or shorter working days for an experienced person in this role.   The role Building, managing and growing credible relationships with senior decision makers within Finance and also respective HR/Talent teams.

Identifying, creating and maximising recruitment opportunities within existing and new Clients.

Delivering a professional, consultative and superior recruitment solution to both Candidates and Clients.

Working to deadlines and fulfilling new briefs from Clients, predominantly for Senior Finance positions at the 50k&43; level.

Identifying and maximising new business opportunities through marketing activity, networking and industry events.

About you As a natural at networking and building credible long-standing relationships, you will need to be influential, tenacious and committed to delivering a premium service.

Ultimately, you need to have high standards and a genuine desire to be highly successful and deliver results.

With evidence of being a team player, you should be resilient, with strong commercial and financial awareness.

Able to work to deadlines, whilst being credible to control situations, negotiate and provide a consultative approach to Directors, Senior Managers and C-Suite contacts across the industry.
