We are working with one of the UKs largest construction industry suppliers. Since opening almost 6 years ago they have gone from strength to strength. Due to continued growth they are now looking for an Experienced Bookkeeper to join their team. Duties Include: · Responsible for performing bookkeeping duties on Sage such as processing sales invoices, receipts and payments with a high level of accuracy along with conducting daily banking activities · Raising sales invoices, posting/coding purchase invoices and posting to ledger · Entering staff wages journals on Sage · Successfully matching and paying supplier and customer invoices · Managing petty cash · Clearing debit balances and dealing with unallocated payments · General Purchase/Sales Ledger Duties · Provide administrative and clerical support where needed · Preparing company accounts This role can be either Part- or Full-time hours, with the salary being negotiable to reflect experience and working hours (Pro rata for Part time) Salary - £20,000 - £25,000 (pro rata for part time)
