Payroll Manager Part Time (2 days)

Cirrus Inns are looking for a special someone who will ensure we all get paid! A Payroll Manager 

*(Part Time, 2 days/week - salary is pro rata) 



To report directly to the Group Financial Controller You will understand how weekly and monthly payroll
work and have the ability to work to deadline, resolve issues and ensure
everything happens the way it is supposed to.
 


Your main duties as Payroll Manager will cover:

  • Process all weekly and monthly payroll in
    line with internal and external deadlines

  • Demonstrate
    an in-depth understanding of our payroll system and processes

  • Post
    all payroll journals to the finance system and reconcile all payroll
    related balance sheet accounts including Tronc

  •  Keep
    up to date with all payroll legislation

  • Support
    the Financial Controller in all payroll related matters

  • Timely
    submission of all HMRC payments; PAYE/NI


















The ideal candidate for the Payroll Manager position will have previous experience of our payroll and all that goes with it, we'd ideally like you to have experience of our payroll provider, Selima, and 'tronc'.
