The role:

The people team are the forefront of this and we need to make sure our offering is attractive, fun and that we engage people in the right way.

You will sit between Marketing and the people team and be managing all our internal employee engagement through our people strategy. You will have to lead and deliver exciting, interesting, and effective communications, events and projects, always ensuring that inclusion and diversity are at the heart of what we do.

In this role you’ll bring your experience, ambition, and passion towards people into hush and help us hire and retain the right people to grow the business.

Responsibilities include:

  • Being the project lead on our internal people committee, managing various workstreams and driving the actions and projects forward.

  • Leading our inclusion and diversity plan.

  • Working across the business to drive internal engagement & communications.

  • Being the conduit between marketing and the people team, ensuring staff are aware of seasonal campaigns and product launches.

  • Planning and delivering the internal newsletter content.

  • Manging the content of our people web pages and Linkedin profile.

  • Working with the people team on training and other development opportunities.

To join us, you must have:

  • Experience in employee engagement, either from a marketing or HR perspective.

  • A proven track record in delivering campaigns and projects.

  • Solid experience in managing and creating innovative & fun events.

  • Understanding of an HR department and the function the people team play in an organisation.

  • This role is a part time 3 or 4 days a week.
