To achieve this we need people who share our passion for positive relationships, protecting our customers and promoting Riverside. As our People Services Manager, you can play a key part in helping us to transform lives and revitalise neighbourhoods.

This is a part time 12 month fixed term contract working 17.5 hours a week. We are flexible on what days you can work.


The difference you’ll make

In this role, you’ll support, guide and lead a team of 2 co-ordinators and 12 administrators during a transformation programme which requires the existing manager to flex across two roles.

This will involve managing escalations across various business areas in relation to recruitment, on-boarding, learn and development, pay and benefits, ensuring the provision of a ‘once and done’ resolution to queries.

You'll be responsible for delivering a customer led, timely and complaint service through a range of digital platforms, increasing self service capability and customer satisfaction through highly motivated and engaged People Services Administrators.

Part of your role will require you to plan, organise, control and monitor the activities of the team to optimise resource and service delivery to the customer, ensuring cyclical plans and deliverables are achieved first time, every time.


So, who are you?

We’re looking for someone who is CIPD qualified with a proven track record of interpreting and applying HR policy.

You’ll be a great people person with experience of successfully leading, managing and motivating teams. Additionally, you’ll also have experience of management controls and adherence to governance along with strong planning and organisation skills.

Above all, you’ll be a trusted voice who can reassure and inspire as well as someone who can get things done. You won’t be afraid to take ownership of a problem and always be looking for ways to make our service even better and help your colleagues achieve even more.
