Processing Operations Manager

A bit about the role... 

Equity Loan Administration is part of Help to Buy, which helps people realise their aspiration for full homeownership and the stability and benefits this brings. By providing equity loan assistance to purchase a new build home and an administration service for borrowers that supports them into 100% ownership as they can afford to do so. The Help to Buy team achieves this by operating a highly efficient and responsive service with a deep understanding of policies, procedures, and customer aspirations at every stage of the new-build buying and ownership process. The team operates to the highest standards expected of government schemes. This is reflected in its understanding of programme operational policies, delivery, risks, and controls.  

Equity Loan Administration maintains ongoing contract management with Help to Buy Agents (HTBA) and Mortgage Administrator (MA). They manage the day to day administration of customer’s/client’s mortgages, devises effective and proactive techniques to adhere to performance objectives and measurements. The team develops contract management policy, guidelines, frameworks, processes, and tools to ensure a standardized methodology for effectively managing contracts with MA, HTBA’s, and future Team contracts as required. 

You’ll be contributing to the efficient delivery of Government’s Help to Buy Equity Loan Programme by managing a team of specialists dedicated to processing post sales charge activity and legal deeds as well as managing stakeholder engagement through our communication channels. Ensuring the resources of the team are co-ordinated across the sub-team and the whole team area of work, working flexibly to deliver key priorities.
