What you’ll be doing
In the wider Transformation Team, there are around 20 team members working on a wide range of projects to deliver business change across Cambridge Assessment International Education. As a Project Manager you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of change projects and will lead teams across our organisation.
Your projects will deliver changes that enhance our processes, deliver new and improved technology solutions, and support our teams in adapting to our changing business environment.
You will use good Project Management practices and governance to deliver complex projects, working in both agile and waterfall delivery teams.
This role requires the ability to build excellent relationships with internal senior stakeholders and governance bodies across our organisation, as well with our customers all over the world.
You will need to think strategically to understand business drivers and requirements and ensure that expectations of your internal clients and external customers are met.
What we’re looking for
You will have the ability to analyse and understand complex business processes, along with a demonstrable track record of successful project management and experience implementing complex business change.
With excellent relationship management, negotiation and communication skills you will be able to influence colleagues, suppliers and decision makers effectively.
Energetic, innovative and organised, you’ll be comfortable working independently and to tight deadlines, together with the capacity to add value to the team through dynamic collaboration, lateral thinking and creative problem solving.
