We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced project manager to drive culture change across the NSPCC and embed our equality, diversity and inclusion goals. Together with our steering group, lived experience groups, champions and directorate leads, you can make a difference to how the NSPCC works and behaves to deliver its strategy and prevent cruelty to children in the UK.
The successful candidate will have:
high quality expertise in project management approaches
a keen interest and experience in equality, diversity and inclusion issues
excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills with colleagues and supporters;
excellent organisation skills, with the ability to organise and plan your own work and the work of others
and strong communication skills to connect people and teams and manage key stakeholders.
This is a part-time role (3 days per week) and we are flexible in terms of location.
