Job Purpose 

As a QA Auditor, you will be a member of the technical department working closely with production to ensure that all products meet the quality and safety standards before leaving the Sausage, Bacon or Vegan factory. You will follow Finnebrogue protocol to ensure that products manufactured are safe, legal and meet or exceed food safety standards and customer expectations. As a QA Auditor you will collect samples of all production runs, ensure correct operation of metal detectors, check weigher and Olympus systems frequently, conduct audits and highlight any issues during shift.

You will play a pivoting role in supporting the Technical Manager in whichever capacity is required.

What it takes

To be successful candidate you will have graduated from a food related degree and undertook a placement within the manufacturing industry or will have work experience within a Quality role. You will have excellent communication and team-working skills with the confidence to challenge when required.
