Recruitment Account Manager part-time

Roberts Webb Recruitment are a recruitment agency based on the Wirral, but supporting clients across the North West with their permanent recruitment needs. We support clients with a variety of roles ranging from legal, finance, HR, Sales etc through to more niche roles.

We're pretty new (it's our two year birthday soon) and we've established ourselves as a recruitment partner of choice for many businesses.

Thankfully, we've overcome the covid storm, and we're really excited to be in a position to be able to recruit someone on a part time (we'd consider full time) basis.

The role will be a traditional recruitment consultant role, focusing on acting as an Account Manager, and filling the vacancies that we are working on. We appreciate business development isn't everyone's cup of tea, and whilst we'd love you to be able to bring new clients, our focus is to provide an amazing service for our clients, fill the roles and continue to build an exceptional reputation in the industry.

What you'll be doing

  • Using a number of sourcing methods to identify, target and connect with great candidates
  • Writing engaging job adverts and promoting our roles online
  • Building strong networks with candidates locally able to support them with cv advice, interview guidance and supporting them through the offer/resignation process
  • Getting to know our clients, understanding their business, culture and future plans
  • Interviewing and selecting suitable candidates for our roles, ensuring right to work documents are checked and references when applicable.
  • Administration duties including maintaining our CRM, arranging interviews, emails, outlook
  • Coming up with new and innovative ways that we can add more value to our clients
  • Attending face to face visits with candidates and clients when required
  • Building a social media presence online
  • Working to ensure compliance with GDPR and employment laws
  • What experience we are looking for

  • Must have recruitment experience, we're happy to talk with existing agency recruiters or internal recruiters who enjoy the variety.
  • We're open on sector, although preference would be professional services background. Our legal client base is rapidly growing, so anyone with a legal recruitment background would be a bonus but not essential.
  • Strong communication skills and experience of working with stakeholders at all levels
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work quickly but without compromising quality

    You can be home based. No office to commute to, but expect plenty of catch ups online, and soon face to face with coffees and cake.
