Recruitment Consultant, Part time

A successful, independent Recruitment Agency located in North West London, are looking for a Recruitment Consultant on a part time permanent basis to join their small energetic team.

Working 20 hours over four days with flexibility around the working pattern.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one to three years' experience working across a varied portfolio of clients, with a track record in achieving targets and building long lasting relationships with both clients & candidates.

Duties to include: Recruiting for a prestigious and varied portfolio of clients Developing successful client and candidate relationships Sourcing and managing candidate applications.

Managing the recruitment process Marketing vacancies on job boards and social media sites Skills & Attributes Excellent written and communication skills Minimum 1 to 3 years recruitment experience essential Strong IT & social media savvy Proven track record of achieving targets Natural relationship builder Strong numeracy The ideal candidate will have a minimum one to three years' recruitment experience working across a varied portfolio of clients and a proven track record of achieving targets.
