Position – Part time – Permanent Recruitment Consultant
Location – Bristol, opposite Temple Mead train station
Salary – £25,000 to £28,000 p.a. pro rate plus commission
Hours – Minimum of 25 per week, Monday to Friday.

About the role – As you will already know, no two days are the same in recruitment sales and the industry as a whole attracts people who like to carve out their own success, have the freedom to put their own personal stamp on things and run their own desk. This job enables you to build strong working relationships with clients on an on-going basis and be a valued solution to their recruitment needs. It involves Account Management, Telephone/Face-to-face Sales and Resourcing and therefore is a 360 position. I am looking for 2 experienced Consultants to do either Commercial or Social Care recruitment.
Type of person required – We are looking for established recruiters with a proven track record of success in Permanent recruitment. You will have a strong sense of purpose, a concern for high levels of customer service/care and be target driven together with the ability to show resilience when needed. In return, you will receive all the support and guidance you need to empower you to be the very best you can in recruitment sales.
Qualifications – GCSE grade C or above in English and Maths. You also need to be a driver and have access to your own vehicle
