Recruitment Consultant - Part Time or Flexible Hours

Ad Idem Consulting are seeking to hire an experienced recruitment consultant to join our company. This position is suited to someone who has a successful background in recruitment however due to whatever reason are now looking for a role that offers flexibility on hours worked per week and working location.

This is a 360 role, the appointed candidate will report directly into the MD to support their clients across the UK and Europe.

About the role:

  • Part time - flexible hours to be discussed
  • 360 recruitment including business development and candidate management
  • Both contract / temporary and permanent roles
  • C-Suite, Finance, Transformation, Transaction services and Business Intelligence roles into Private Equity Portfolio Companies
  • Reporting directly into the MD
  • Basic salary will be pro-rata based off hours per week and experience

  • Previous experience as a 360 recruiter
  • Experience working on contract / temporary projects
  • Revenue / Target driven
