WHAT WE DO

Our mission is to improve the mental health and happiness of young people globally. MeeTwo is a multi-award winning fully moderated, anonymous, mental help app for young people aged 11-23. MeeTwo safely enables young people to talk about difficult things and encourages them to help themselves, by helping each other. Beneath an engaging peer to peer social media feed, MeeTwo integrates the latest psychological research to promote the development of protective factors such as emotional resilience, empathy, social skills, stress management and coping techniques.

We have recently launched a Partnership Package for schools, universities, corporates and the NHS. With a Partnership Package organisations can use MeeTwo to provide better support to the young people in their care including distributing information about their own services. Data generated with the Partnership Package helps organisations to be better informed about their young people so that they can respond more quickly to young people at risk and use the data to improve their own services. 

WHY WE DO IT

Depression is the leading cause of disability worldwide and in the UK suicide is the leading cause of death in young people. Although 1 in 8 UK teenagers has a mental health problem and mental health issues cost the UK £105 billion a year 76% of young people with a mental health issue never get treated.

YOUR ROLE

Your role as Regional Sales Manager for South West of England, London and the Home Counties will be to sell the Partnership Package initially to universities and corporates and following on with the NHS.

You are an ambitious and experienced sales manager who will help grow our social enterprise along with your own career.

JOB DESCRIPTION

You will: 

  • be responsible for strategic planning and active targeting of new sales prospects. 

  • research prospective leads to ensure the best chance of success.

  • identify targets and track progress of engagement.

  • coordinate and lead sales engagements.

  • use your experience of project selling to ensure that all relevant stakeholders are fully informed and supportive of the sale.

  • liaise with MeeTwo staff to ensure that customer needs are met.

  • maintain and cultivate positive customer relationships using a variety of tools.

  • upsell where possible.

  • make effective use of the MeeTwo CRM system.

  • ensure that you are fully informed and understand the issues around youth mental health and how that impacts our customers.

  • provide timely submission of expenses and other job related administration.

 

PERSON SPECIFICATION

You are confident, organised and approachable with a strong track record in sales. You feel comfortable working in a small company experiencing rapid growth. You share our internal values which are to be creative, assiduous, caring, self-motivated, altruistic and responsive and support our ambition to provide our users and customers with a service that is safe, supportive, educational, inspirational, creative, empowering and engaging.

WORKING HOURS, LOCATION AND TRAVEL

  • You will work for 3 - 5 days per week (negotiable) in order to achieve agreed sales targets. 

  • You can choose when and where to work, providing you meet your sales targets and ensure full collaboration with the rest of the team at MeeTwo.

  • For days in the office a hot desk will be provided for you at our office near Waterloo, London.

  • You will be expected to travel throughout London, the Home Counties and the South West to meet clients and pursue sales leads.
