So come join us and be a part of the team that is defining the wellbeing industry internationally.Your job will involve:Maintaining and developing relationships with existing and new customersPlanning and supporting relationship management/ business development activities, such as corporate events, conferences, promotions and exhibitionsGrowing and developing key accountsConstant collaboration with our Marketing and Programme Management teamCarrying out on-going competitor analysisDealing with in-bound customer enquiriesProactively manage the sales process and engagements to achieve sales goalsTake ownership for sales proposals, create the first draft as required and collate all input to produce high quality, coherent, consistent and complete documentsReview the sales funnel and enquiries, in terms of risks and opportunities, undertaking assessment and pre-qualification of the opportunities to enable the appropriate use of resourcesPrepare presentations and other materials for client/ prospect meetings, taking minutes and following up on actions on behalf of the sales director, gaining input from others as requiredAttend relevant sales meetings to ensure that all relevant information from a potential sales engagement is available and fully understood, documented and logged on our CRM.Take responsibility for sales processes to assist the team to follow them and improving and automating them to make them more effective and efficientEnsure that all documentation is kept up to date with sales progressSupport with the management of the company CRM system, assisting with the post-sale handover process to the Project teamParticipate in and actively support other company initiatives to improve the sales reach and brand awarenessSales AdministrationRe-engaging lapsed customersAttending best-in-class training to develop knowledge, technique and skillsRepresenting the friendly face of our brand at customer meetings, trade exhibitions, events and demonstrationsSkills and experience that we are looking for:IT skills, especially using Word, Excel and OutlookA determination to get resultsSomeone who works well both on their own and in collaboration with othersA passion for wellbeing and a desire to make a differenceConfidence, enthusiasm and a positive outlook!Two or more years’ experience, ideally in the Health & Wellbeing sector, including negotiating contracts and delivering board level pitches/presentationsExcellent interpersonal skillsGood time managementFirst-rate IT skills, especially using Word, Excel and OutlookA determination to get resultsSomeone who works well both on their own and in collaboration with othersA passion for wellbeing and a desire to make a differenceConfidence, enthusiasm and a positive outlook!Package £23,000 - £25,000 pro-rata dependant on experience + Annual Performance Linked bonus scheme.
