The School of Health and Society is seeking to appoint a Research Fellow to support Health Education England and Greater Manchester Voluntary, Community and Social Enterprise (VCSE) Sector Funded Projects. We have been awarded project tenders to develop a North West multi-professional programme for practice education ensuring quality supervision and assessment that meets the requirements of all healthcare professional bodies and to develop a framework around educating the educators. The University has also been successful with a project bid that is building on a body of existing research around the Voluntary, Community and Social Enterprise (VCSE) sector in Greater Manchester.
To take this project work forward across Greater Manchester and the North West, we are seeking to appoint a Research Fellow who will work across all three projects for a 10 month fixed term period. This is a fantastic part time opportunity which gives you the flexibility to engage in any other project work. As Research Fellow, you will manage and effectively deliver on the project evaluations and key project outcomes, providing project management and administration support for the project team where applicable. You will work collaboratively with project teams and with Professor Jacqueline Leigh and Dr Michelle Howarth who will oversee the evaluations.
