KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Processing a high volume of product orders from the delegates and sponsorship & membership teams
  • ​Liaise with all department to ensure timely deliverables
  • ​Checking prices and contracts are up to date
  • Reporting weekly/monthly sales results to the sales team & rest of company
  • Supporting the sales team with general operations to help reach the teams objectives
  • Taking phone calls from customers
  • Communicate internally important feedback from customers
  • Run marketing lead generation reports and effective analysis to maximize sales
  • Managing membership onboarding process
  • Dealing with and respond to a high volume of emails

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND WORK EXPERIENCE

  • Experience in a sales support role
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel and MS Office applications is essential for this role
  • High organizational skills and ability to manage several projects at the same time
  • Proactive approach to all business communication and providing updates in a timely manner
  • Strong communicator who works efficiently and is always fully up to date with processes and procedures
  • ​Recent experience in using a bespoke or industry recognized CRM software will be beneficial
