2to3days is a social and economic movement comprising 28,000 highly capable mothers and progressive companies, who together want to close the void between the business world and motherhood by championing mothers’ careers on a flexible basis.
2to3days is just 3 years old and in that time, we have grown an incredible reputation for the quality of the roles advertised on our site as well as the calibre of our mothers who apply and get a range of diverse roles across the UK and across industry and functional areas.
We work with large global organisations as well as buzzing start-ups, who all get in a heartbeat the value of hiring a highly capable mothers to work flexibly to help growth their business.
We have proven our concept and we are now looking to scale. We want to build a small but highly focused sales team that can work with Juliet and Beverley to unlock great roles across Ireland and the UK.
We are a small but highly motivated and supportive team looking to expand. We all walk our talk by working flexibly, focussing on output, not time at the desk. Our entire business model stems from being true to our values of openness, fairness, being candid and working collaboratively. We are looking for someone to ignite the Irish Market for us, with a focus on Dublin.
The Role & Key responsibilities
Developing a robust pipeline of strategic new client engagements
Organising communication through Pipedrive CRM (training will be given)
Managing pre-qualified leads through Prospect.IO (training will be given)
Planning and scheduling meetings with Clients
Planning and preparing creative client proposals that maximise the value of our solution
Nurturing client relationships and maximising revenue potential
Strategically driving current clients into deeper enterprise levels of engagement.
The ideal candidate will:
Demonstrably share our passion and mission!
Have experience in recruitment and B2B
Have experience of developing and maintaining new business pipelines
Have experience in presenting/negotiating at a Senior/Executive level
Have ambition, commercial awareness and self-motivation
Be an individual who can independently drive their personal business but also work well within a growing team
There will be a monthly consultancy fee based on your proven track record and relevant business contacts. In addition, commission will be billable at 25% on all revenue over and above 3 x your monthly consultancy fee, which will be payable every four months. A full explanation will be provided at interview. The aim of our remuneration model is highly geared towards output and not time spent, making it the ideal role for a natural salesperson who backs their ability to deliver and wants to build a lucrative career on terms that enable them to be a present and active mother.
Ideally, we would like you to join our team end of February, early March 2019.
