Sales Manager (Inside Sales):

We are growing our Inside Sales team and looking for talented professionals to join the leadership team. Ubiquitous availability of digital communication tools has given time poor customers and sales professionals an optimal way to connect remotely for meaningful benefit. AWS is building out a remote sales capability to drive long-term business and revenue across all segments by managing the full sales cycle to create net new opportunities and help customers get to the cloud quickly.

As an Inside Sales Manager, you will build a high impact and diverse team of Account Executives responsible for growing consumption of current and new AWS services across a specific company segment.

The ideal candidate will manage the career growth and development of Account Executives; coach their team to world class levels of performance; develop sales plan and strategy for assigned territory and influence strategy aligned with customer's business objectives; team effectively with peers from Solution Architecture, Business Development, Sales and Marketing; lead and influence their team to maintain a robust sales pipeline through proactive customer engagement, prospecting and lead generation.


· 3+ years of Sales Leadership experience, managing teams of Account Executives
· Technology related quota-carrying sales or business development experience, ideally within the Enterprise or Start-up segment
· English proficiency


· Experience building new teams/products/functions

· Technical background in engineering, computer science, or MIS
· Domain experience with Enterprise customers or Start-up eco-system
· Knowledge and understanding of existing and developing technologies as it relates to cloud computing; understand and identify opportunities for customers
