Scrum Master (DevOps) - (Part-Time, Job-Share and Full-Time)
Zurich Insurance UK is expanding its DevOps team to meet the increasing demand for application development, DevOps practices and innovation. The DevOps team is helping the business transform by improving efficiency and by putting the customer at the heart of everything we do via our digital transformation work.
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the DevOps team as a Scrum Master. You will work in an Agile way alongside our business teams, solution architects, technical specialists, and Mendix and Salesforce Developers, to manage the delivery of multiple projects including large-scale enterprise solutions, all while learning and growing your skillset.

This role is available part-time, job-share or full time. This is because we want the best people for our roles, and we recognise that sometimes those people aren’t available full-time.
As a DevOps Scrum Master you will contribute to the business by leading multiple DevOps scrum teams throughout digital product development, from discovery, through governance processes, to production deployment, improving agile practices, promoting collaborative behaviours, promoting agile values and leading continuous improvement.
You will own the DevOps Agile delivery processes and practices, coaching the DevOps scrum teams to work more effectively in the delivery of digital products; and when needed coach the business and wider IT function to create a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. You will combine leading the DevOps scrum teams (through leadership rather than line management), with helping to improve the delivery processes, driving continuous improvements and working practices that foster an Agile and DevOps way of working.

• Scrum Master certification would be beneficial.
• Scrum Master certified.
• Experience in using JIRA and Confluence.
• Knowledge of the insurance industry.
