You will need to creatively draw on a wide range of resources and assets across established and newly-forming partnerships, organisations and the community to ensure that both the council and the CCG’s strategic priorities as set out in the Sutton Health and Care Plan are delivered. We expect you to be collaborative, engaging and have a strong track record of co-design and co-production, using your skills across a wide variety of commissioning and transformation projects.
