The Global Marketing Organization brings together all aspects of brand, digital, communications, thought leadership, marketing and business development into one place, on a one firm basis. It maximizes the connectivity across these competencies to strengthen our impact, with a focus on clients and our external marketplace.

Demonstrates intimate-level abilities and a proven record of success in the following areas:

  • Demonstrated proven self-starter with outstanding project management skills and attention to detail;

  • Demonstrated knowledge of creative and brand strategy capabilities, both traditional and non-traditional;

  • Demonstrated proven ability to execute competitive market communication and naming audits, structure discussion guides, assist in executive interviews and prepare learning summary reports;

  • Demonstrated understanding of usability principles;

  • Demonstrated knowledge of content management systems;

  • Demonstrated extensive relationship skills;

  • Demonstrated oral and written communication skills and the ability to translate complex brand concepts into compelling and relevant programs;

  • Demonstrated proven ability to translate brand standards into workable solutions for internal firm clients and other team colleagues;

  • Demonstrated proven ability to work directly on high priority projects, making sure brand, risk and other standards are adhered to;

  • Demonstrated proven ability to execute competitive market communication and naming audits, structure discussion guides, assist in executive interviews and prepare learning summary reports;

  • Demonstrated ability to coach and lead teams that are in other territories;

  • Demonstrated proven ability to overcome internal barriers and resource constraints in order to produce successful program, effectively manage accelerating changes as required in a dynamic market and organization;

  • Demonstrated ability to share responsibility for driving adherence to risk management protocols; and,

  • Demonstrated success in building and maintaining relationships with highest levels of our firm leadership.

  • Bachelor Degree preferred
