Finance Business Partner (FP&A) - £45,000 to £50,000 - Abingdon, Oxfordshire Part Time 3 days per week

Wade Macdonald is currently recruiting on behalf of a large well know hi-tech engineering business based in Abingdon, Oxfordshire. Our client are seeking a qualified Financial Business Partner - FP&A to join their commercial Finance team. Due to continued growth, globally they are now looking to add to the current commercial Finance team. The role will suit a dynamic and progressive professional who is looking to push on in their career and develop into the FP&A Manager with in the next 12 - 18 months. This is a unique opportunity where you can actually add value to a well-known and well-respected leader in their field.

Main duties of the Finance Business Partner role include:

  • Support the Head of FP&A in forecast reviews throughout monthly and annual planning cycles
  • Support the FP&A team in the production of insightful management reporting
  • Perform variance analysis for various entities and present findings to key stakeholders
  • The successful Finance Business Partner will be a qualified CIMA Accountant or equivalent, have the ability to analyse large amounts of data and be confident in presenting findings to senior members coupled with strong excel and excellent communication skills. Any experience with in manufacturing or hi-tech engineering will be highly desirable but not essential.     Salary £45,000 - £50,000 pro rata to 3 days a week plus bonus plus benefits.
