Sheffield is a Foundation Trust economy serving a diverse population of 580,000 people. NHS Sheffield Clinical Commissioning Group is a membership organisation comprising 79 GP practices and expects to have a commissioning budget (including primary care co-commissioning funds) of circa £900m making it one of the largest CCGs in the country. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a part time Senior HR & OD Advisor to join our small, busy HR Shared Service Team. Hosted by Sheffield CCG, the HR Shared Service currently works with 5 other partner CCG’s across South Yorkshire and Bassetlaw.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, highly motivated and proactive Senior HR and OD Advisor with excellent communication skills, the ability to build strong working relationships who can work flexibly and independently. The post offers an exciting opportunity to use your people skills within a small, busy HR and Organisational Development team to really make a difference.

You will provide an effective HR Advisory service to managers as part of the South Yorkshire & Bassetlaw HR Shared Service including dealing with and managing all aspects of complex employee relations and for overseeing employee engagement initiatives.

Applicants should be educated to Postgraduate Diploma level or have an equivalent level of demonstrable experience.The role will require some travel between partner organisations so the ability to travel between sites is essential.
