As the Senior HR Manager you will report directly to the CEO, focussing on the development and delivery of their 'people’ function. It's a rare opportunity to use the full breadth of your professional skills and experience at a senior level in a part-time position.

As the most senior HR professional in this scale up business, your role will be both strategic and operational.
It's essential that you have worked previously as a HR Director, Head of People, Head of HR, Head of culture previously and be looking for a challenging and rewarding role in equal measure.
- experience of working in a small, fast-growing organisation
- at least 7 years HR experience
- experience of working in an international business
There will be some international travel involved in the role.
You will have already held a position in one of the following roles: Head of HR, HR lead, Head of People, Head of Culture and have an appetite to power the people function to add real value to this business.
