What we’re looking for:

  • Extensive hands on experience of the ServiceNow platform, with experience of ITSM, ITOM, PPM, GRC/IRM and integrations

  • Solution design and approval

  • Maintaining the technical relationship with the Vendor (ServiceNow)

  • Code review – challenging bad code and coaching colleagues to increase their skills

  • Guiding engineers on the best practices of the ServiceNow platform

  • Mentoring and coaching colleagues to increase their technical abilities

  • Building and maintaining the test strategy

  • Technical governance of any third parties allowed to develop on the platform

  • Manage internal delegated development teams to ensure high standards of code
