Our Story:

We are a forward-thinking, specialist Live in Care agency platform that carefully matches carers to client needs. Sounds simple right? Well… sadly the care space wasn’t quite hitting the mark. That was until our Founders Luca and Dr Neil set about tackling the key issues they regularly encountered as experts in the care industry space. Issues including the difficulty of sourcing and retaining high-quality carers, support workers and PAs.

We are a small, dedicated and friendly team and have a positive and supportive working environment with no office politics at all. Hooray!

We are growing fast and due to extra demand we need to bring on board more carers who need to be carefully selected to meet our exacting standards…

Where you come in:

Your main role will be to recruit, interview, select and support self-employed carers. You will help to maintain our HR systems and report your weekly figures to our management team. You will be assessing the suitability of carers for clients and facilitating a positive placement and care experience. On occasion you will have to handle some client enquiries and requests.

The role requires you to be on the tools 24 to 32 hours (3 to 4 days per week) (Monday to Friday) mostly from home between the hours of 9am-6pm. Opportunities to increase working hours will be available.

Ideally you should live within 1 hour of Reading for adhoc meet-ups every couple of months.

About You:

+ A track record of recruitment and / or experience in care or care management will be a great advantage.
