There is a group wide focus to oversee tax matters in all regions and to manage the group tax rate effectively.The role holder needs to have a continuous improvement mentality and promote this across the business.

This person needs to be comfortable with both reporting to senior management on strategic issues as well as getting their hands dirty, preparing tax returns and other filings.
