Role: Telephone Consultant (Fraud Operations)

Temporary Contract: 6 Months

Start date: 23rd March 2020

Shift: Full Time

Pay rate: £9.26ph with the usual 10% uplifted rate for Sunday working.

In this key telephony role you'll be a valued member of the team that helps to protect our customers - and our business - from financial loss relating to fraud. We want to keep our customers safe and your role will be to support TSB customers who come into contact with our Fraud prevention strategy and those customers who have unfortunately been victims of Fraud. Whether a customer calls us with a concern, or we call them because we have identified an issue, you'll be a friendly and reassuring voice at the end of the line.

Taking care to build rapport with every individual, you'll listen and question carefully, building up a detailed picture of each unique situation. Then you'll make sure the right action gets taken.

Working Hours - Rotational shifts - 35 hours a week, 5 days out of 7, between 8am and 8pm.

Must be flexible to work some evenings and weekends- please see example shift pattern below:

Week 1: 13:00 - 21:00 (Mon, Tues Wed , Fri and Sat) None working days (Thurs and Sun)

Week 2: 09:00 - 17:00(Mon- Fri) None working days (Sat and Sun)

Week 3: 10:00-18:00(Mon -Thurs and Sat) None working days(Fri and Sat)

Week 4: 11:00-19:00(Mon -Fri) None working days (Sat and Sun)
