Temporary Part Time Bookkeeper
Do you have experience working as a Bookkeeper, Finance Assistant, or similar? If so, we are seeking a dedicated and hardworking candidate to join a rewarding organisation in North Oxfordshire.
You will be working closely with a member of the Finance Team to assist with administrative and transactional duties. Offered on a part-time basis, you will be required to work circa 3 days per week. Sadly, the client is unable to offer the role with full time working hours.

Please note, this role will be paid on a PAYE basis through the Allen Associates payroll only. Sadly, we are unable to accept applications from those wishing to work on a limited contractor basis.
Temporary Part Time Bookkeeper Responsibilities
Your duties will include:
- Assisting the Finance Team
- Processing sales orders
- Producing invoices
- Maintaining and updating the database
- Processing customer statements
- General administrative duties as required
Temporary Part Time Bookkeeper Experience
It is essential that you have previous experience as a Bookkeeper, Finance Assistant, or similar. Those who have a proficient knowledge and understanding of Sage will be prioritised.
You will be able to complete tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. A real self-starter, you must be able to work off your own initiative and hit the ground running with minimal supervision.
Ideally you will be a qualified bookkeeper, although those who are qualified by experience can also be considered.
Temporary Part Time Bookkeeper Rewards
You will receive holiday pay in addition to the competitive hourly rate. This is a long-term assignment in which you will be given the opportunity to showcase your skills and provide a positive impression on the client from the outset.
Our client is located in Kidlington (OX5). There is on-site parking available and a bus from Central Oxford stops 8 minutes away.
