The Product Marketing Manager is responsible for the marketing, promotional and budgetary plans for the range of products that we sell.. They will contribute to the UK product portfolio strategy and act as the ‘voice of the consumer’ within the company influencing timing and marketing plans for all launches. Working across digital channels they will also support the digital marketing team as well as coaches on product features, launches and promotions.
Development and execution of product marketing campaigns for all Member types and shoppers communicating key product USPs and product story/where it fits in their journey/why it is relevant to them
Manage all communications, internal and external, for new product launches, promos and pricing
Develop and manage creative promotional material across all digital channels and some physical settings
Work with many different departments, including agencies, to ensure execution of projects to done with excellence
Invoice processing and administration
Good experience in Marketing techniques gained from a similar organisation ‐ FMCG/Retail/Brand commercial organisations preferred.
Marketing/Business Qualification preferred
Knowledge and experience of digital marketing preferred
Demonstrable experience of leading and delivering successful campaigns
Strong collaborative skills
Strong strategic thinking and problem solving
Customer focused and commercially agile, with ability to think and act quickly, in response to changing conditions
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interface collaboratively cross‐functionally both internally and externally
Experience with Photoshop desirable but not essential
