Virtual Office Manager – Part-time

Our client is seeking a virtual Office Manager. The successful candidate will act as an integral role with regards to the smooth running of the department and provide extensive administration support. This role is a rolling part-time temporary role. Ideally looking for someone who has worked in a start-up.

Duties Include:

  • EA tasks diary management, organising meetings, collating packs for the CEO
  • Implementing and sustaining filing system
  • Managing the IT and telecoms functions and general office maintenance
  • Actioning emails from suppliers
  • Chasing payments and raising Pos / invoices
  • Ad-hoc HR tasks including, but not limited to, managing pension plans, payroll, annual leave and employee inductions

    To be successful in this virtual Office Manager role you must exhibit a high level of resourcefulness in a fast-paced environment, and ideally have start-up experience. You must have strong administration skills and be comfortable liaising with people of all seniority levels.
