We are seeking a Part-Time (0.8FTE) Wellbeing Adviser to join Student Support Services at Goldsmiths. Student Support Services (Student Advice and Student Centre, Disability, Wellbeing, Counselling, Multi-faith Chaplaincy Services and Accommodation Services) provide advice and support throughout the student journey. It enables every student to thrive at Goldsmiths and ensures that they can engage with the College, the wider community and their peers.
The post requires experience of delivering support to students or young people experiencing mental health or other complex personal and emotional difficulties. The role requires enthusiasm, energy and drive to contribute to a high quality student experience. The role holder must also have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong positive and collaborative working relationships with the rest of Student Support Services as well as key staff across the university.

You must be committed to the highest quality of service and to ensuring an outstanding student experience, as well as your own professional development. You must be able to demonstrate an understanding of, and empathy for the needs of a unique, diverse and international student community, including experience of having worked with students from BAME backgrounds.
